CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing Desert Wildflower Massage LLC as your trusted bodywork provider. In order to provide the highest level of care and ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have implemented the following policies. These guidelines help protect your appointment time, respect the therapist’s schedule, and allow us to serve every client with intention and excellence. Desert Wildflower Massage LLC Policies Right to Refuse Service Desert Wildflower Massage LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if it is determined to be in the best interest of the client, therapist, or business. This includes, but is not limited to: * Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior or language * Sexual comments, advances, or solicitation * Sexual arousal or other inappropriate conduct * Harassment or threatening behavior * Any medical condition or contraindication that may make massage unsafe or require written medical clearance before treatment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect both the therapist’s time and other clients, the following policy applies: * Cancellations or reschedules made more than 24 hours before the appointment will not incur a fee. * Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. * Cancellations or reschedules made within 2 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive a few minutes early to allow time to settle in before your appointment. If you arrive late, your session will end at the originally scheduled time to avoid delaying the next client. The full service fee will still apply. If your session is shortened due to the therapist running behind schedule, your service will either be extended when possible or your fee will be adjusted accordingly. Minor Clients Clients under the age of 18 must have a completed consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian prior to treatment. A parent or legal guardian must remain in the treatment room for the entire duration of the massage session.
